Terms and Conditions

1. Service Overview

53286 Removal Services provides professional, no-contact, curbside junk removal. As a Military-Owned and Operated business, we operate with high discipline and strict scheduling. By booking a pickup, the Customer agrees to all terms outlined below.

2. Pricing & Non-Refundable Fees

• The Base Fee: Every booking requires a $99.99 Base Fee. This fee is non-refundable and covers truck deployment, fuel, logistics, and labor.
• Flat-Rate Pricing: Per-item charges are fixed based on our published menu.
• Pre-Payment: All services must be paid in full via our secure digital portal to guarantee your time slot. We do not provide "on-site estimates."

3. The "7:00 AM Curb Rule"

To maintain our commitments to all San Diego County neighbors, we follow a strict logistics schedule:

• Placement: All items listed on your receipt must be placed at the curb or in a clear, open driveway. Our crew cannot enter homes, backyards, or fenced areas.
• Timing: Items must be staged and ready by 7:00 AM on your scheduled service date.

4. Missed Items & No-Refund Policy

• The No-Refund Rule: 53286 Removal Services does not offer refunds for any item(s) that the Customer fails to place at the curb by the 7:00 AM deadline. If we arrive and the item is missing, the payment for that item is forfeited.
• Second Chance Policy: If a pickup is missed entirely because no items were at the curb or the driveway was inaccessible, the Customer may schedule a one-time "Second Chance" pickup for an additional $50.00 rescheduling fee plus any original item costs.

5. Inventory Accuracy

Only the specific items selected and paid for on your digital receipt will be removed.

• Left Behind Items: Any "extra" items found at the curb that were not pre-paid will be left behind to ensure we stay on schedule for our next customer.
• Requirement: Large items like Bed Frames must be fully disassembled before our arrival.

6. Prohibited Items (Hazmat)

For safety and environmental compliance, we cannot accept:

• Wet paint, solvents, or chemicals.
• Motor oil, gasoline, or anti-freeze.
• Pressurized tanks (including propane tanks from BBQs/Patio Heaters).
• If these items are left at the curb, they will be left behind and are not eligible for a refund.

7. Proof of Service ("Done & Dusted")

Upon completion, our crew will perform a final area sweep. We will then text/email a "Job Finished" Photo Confirmation to the phone number on file. This photo serves as the legal proof that the service was completed as ordered.

8. Liability & Safety

53286 Removal Services is a BBB Accredited business and a member of the Ramona Chamber of Commerce. While we treat every driveway with the utmost respect, we are not responsible for pre-existing cracked concrete or damage caused by the weight of standard removal equipment on unreinforced surfaces.
